I've bought tickets for a show and now I can't make it. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we only offer a refund if the show has been cancelled or postponed.

Will you post my tickets to me and how much will it cost?
We certainly can post your tickets to you, although we recommend you leave them with us (that way you can't lose them). The cost of this is 75 pence. We also now have the option of printing your tickets at home. If you purchase your tickets online or have an online account with us, your tickets can be printed directly from your account.
I've lost my tickets, will you reprint them?
If you lose your tickets do not panic, we have all your details on our system. We will just ask you a few security questions to make sure that you are the person that bought the tickets. Then we can reprint them. We can't however post them out to you, but you can pick these up on the evening from the Box Office.
What time does the Box Office and the Bar open?
Both the Bar and Box Office open 45 minutes before the show starts.
Do you serve food before your shows?
Currently we do not offer hot food during any of our events. Please let us know if this is something you would like to see us start.
